And what a week it was!

Anne rolled in from Melbourne and no sooner had she settled in we were off to Innsbruck for 4 amazing days...

 Just magic, it was like a dream to be there in Austria again...and with Anne!

 And I think I am in love with basil and mint sorbet served with lemon sorbet and custard...

 I have collected images of bicycles for about 25 years....

I wanted to hop on this one like Maria and tour Salzburg!

 See this chess set, I found my way to it, recalling it from my first visit to Salzburg when I was 16...

 Eggs, lots of hand painted eggs...

I wanted at least a dozen!

 Here's Anne in Telfs with Lars and Amelie...they drove down from Munich to spend the day with us...

 We just had to take in the bling at Swarovski...love their jewelry, sparkle and shine....

 Ahhh, schnapps anyone??? Look at this shop with more than 80 varieties to sample....

 Bikes galore...

 The view from our hotel...it was like living in a postcard for a few wonderful days...

 Wool and more wool...we stumbled across this gem of a shop...

 And now it's back to all that is Earth Angels and Thinking "Pink" 

with Debbee's special pieces to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation...

Sisters on the Fly

By now, many of you have heard about the "Sisters on the Fly"...I had read about these festive, peripatetic spirits, I had dreamed about owning my own vintage trailer and wandering about on junking jaunts with gal pals, I had....screeech!! That is SOOOO not happening now, I have 3 little ones, but hey a girl's gotta day dream...

Once again I encountered these wayfarers in Atlanta -- it seems the Art Girls' RoadShow and the Sisters cross paths here and there...They were ensconced in a campout at the Country Living Fair...what fun...peek at their set-ups...

Here's what the Sisters say about themselves....

And in the meantime, I love their style and appreciate their inspiration factor. How can I now love that these women are braving it in new place and learning and doing what they want to do.... you go girls...
