...a new bouquet arrives...

Fresh from the artist's Long Beach, CA studio, Derby Blooms have arrived just in time to add their charm to our event at Schuyler Pond this weekend....

With names like "Barnum", "Follies", "Annie Get Your Gun" and "Sunday in the Park with George"...it's easy to see the artist draws inspiration from old shows and classic films....
Each is a wonderful stylistic blend of textures and made from vintage and found trims and fabrics...
Blooms are made to adorn...they have a pin to style as a brooch, or a slide clip to adorn everything from a hat or boot top to a lampshade (as on of my clients tells me!!!)...
This is my current fave...it's called "The 39 Steps" named for an old Alfred Hitchcock thriller...
But I love this one too...
More details and blooms can be found on Marie's page on-line...

Thanks Marie for this beautiful bouquet!
Cannot wait to see what else you have stitched for our event this weekend!

HOPE TO SEE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE!
