...peek at the Fair...

I love the Rhinebeck Country Living Fair...
It's such a treat to have such a major event close to home. So while I still have to drive that big old 26' truck loaded with art and handmade...and all our props, I get to come home to my family each night.

I posted extensively to Instagram & Facebook during the Fair, but here are some more images that really share the festive nature of our events, and the energy of the artists!

For the first time we welcomed Laura & Dana Putnam of "Finding Home Farms" and wow, what a treat it was to have them among the crew!
We've just started selling their all natural, soy candles... but more on that SOON!
And look at these dynamic duos...
Sue and Sophie!
 ...Kathy & Letty...
 Teresa & Avery!

Thanks to Kathy & Lyn from NATS...they made the trip from Boston to host the NATS CHATS and tell more folks about our beloved Torquay - Antique Devon Art Pottery...

And some of our lineup shots...

...and then the girls get silly...
Letty gets to earable art award ...
Chelle gets the handmade  in action award...
Teresa is definitely ready to run off with this painting...she loves MUDCAKES!!!
 Sophie always looks so pretty...
...and here she is FIRST TIMER SHERRY!!!
wow was it fun to have her along...

Thanks to all who made such a wonderful event possible...the folks at Stella Show Management who are the most amazing and prepared of hosts -- especially Jeanne & Michele!  The wonderful Country Living Staff -- especially Editor in Chief, Rachel who loves to shop the Earth Angels Tent...and of course the amazing Betty-Lyn who makes it all happen!

...and lastly some peeks around the tent...

If you have not been the this Fair, mark your calendars for next year...the date is already in the works! SAVE JUNE 2, 3 & 4th!

A million thanks and see you next time!

Hello Monday...

I can hardly breathe here.
Drowning in chores and to dos...but you know what???

It's all great stuff...
so I pause for a minute. Catch my breath and keep chugging.

Besides now I can go in the garden...ahhhh...
hello herbs and pansies already dug in...

Took my mom Rosie to the garden center with me...she was having a great day. Some days...are not so great with dementia...
but it was a fun trip, and I loved every minute of being with her.

So hello to putting aside what you think has to be done
to grab those moments...

...and hope it was a happy mother's day for all...

Helloooo Monday...I am off to Brimfield this week for some quick meet ups with antique dealer friends in from England and NATS friends Kathy and Lyn...

Hello new art posting to the site...love these busts from Nancy Wiley...

Hello friend...it was great to spend a few hours with Laura Putnam of Finding Home...this is one special lady...here's a shot of her from last year at Rhinebeck...she brought be flowers, I love her forever!
She's up to some exciting new things with maple syrup....

Rhinebeck show...Luke, Sue, Harold, Allie, Charlotte AND SOPHIE (!!!!)

Hello summer...it's been in the 80s all week...
thought it might be spring for more than 2 weeks!
NY seems the land of extremes this year!

I am thrilled to be doing some pro bono entrepreneurial consulting with a really cool Family Circus from TN!  I also had a great chat with a food manufacturer, a jewelry designer and a talented woman in home decor...
this adds to my already full plate when I do this, but I love it...

Hello to The Painted Fern...we are celebrating her style with 20% off with code JOCELYN20 at checkout until 5/14...

Hello to all of you and have a super week, whatever it is that you are up to!!
