Deirdre Friebely really is not missing in action. She's just an uber busy a dedicated new momma to Leo, with Baby #2 on the way and expected in June...I am so thrilled for my wonderful pal that life is so full these days.
Here's a peek I got into her current studio world (me and Kathy took a drive down to see her when she was ensconced in her Sussex, NJ studio before her recent return to her winter home in FL). She has some wonderful new pieces in work and getting tuned up for her upcoming show in Sanford (details on the events page...)
This is an exciting time in her life and well, things they are a changing...her time to paint, her thoughts on her work, and you know, I am thrilled that she is giving us a sneak peek on what to expect from her next.
A very small...some dozen or so...paintings are still available in her older style (please, don't go by what's posted to her page on the site....Paul has about 20 to remove that recently sold.) We know some of you really LOVE LOVE LOVE her works like these...so do not miss them if you do...
There are very few left and if you are looking to add to your collection in this genre, send an email ro give us a call soon as these are bound for her gallery event on 3/4 & 3/5 at the Jeanine Taylor Folk Art Gallery in Sanford, FL a few weeks time...
