I hope the new season is filled with glad days and good memories...

I love celebrating Easter with the family...

...and I will share a peek at that soon. 

I am cooking for us, I've made the place cards and wee basket treats for all with the help of the kiddos and, best of all...

I have decorated the table in all the colors of the season...with bunnies, and paper grass and wee CHICKS galore...

Speaking of chicks....I love antique postcards...

 Warning...this is going to be a total swoon-fest...

I have to confess an utter addiction to

Caramia's new creations.

Now I have sold her HOTCAKES DESIGN work for almost 9 years, but these new pieces go way beyond...the palette the shapes...

they are so close to all the vintage BAKELITE that is just way too spendy...and somehow, her new pieces, are just so fresh and fun... 

SWOON....

I am willing to forgo my usual lust for new Spring fashion, and instead, treat myself to some new HOTCAKES...

I will be making a very short trip to be a part of the events hosted by my friend & boss, Jo Packham...

I love Jo...and I love working for her as a contributor to her magazines. It's become a big part of my own journey, and I am grateful to her and all of the many women with whom I have been able to work.

It's going to be a special treat for me to step out 

(on my 47th birthday - woo hoo) 

to be a part of the gathering she has planned...

....we've been flying south to Sanford, FL 

for 6 years now...

We're just back from our annual appearance at the Jeanine Taylor Folk Art Gallery.... 

....and it was never better.  

 

The show has truly taken on a personality of its own, maturing and morphing with the artists who participate and bring their energy and artful spirits to the venue each year.

And I am so very grateful to Jeanine Taylor and Gallery Manager, Mary Shaw, for hosting us...

We love being there...

The art is amazing, the venue is stellar, and the customers who come through the door -- many old friends, but so many more new to Earth Angels each year, impart their own flurry of excited and enthusiasm to the Artists' Showcase.

Thanks to all who made the show a wonderfully festive success! Olivia, Teresa, Jane, Val, Letty, Lucy and Bonnie...total WOW to all...
