- Eat Cake and Create on Thursday – Catch up with old and new friends at our first event. Create your own event t-shirt with supplied paints, while enjoying cake and coffee!
- Breakfast Panel with Rice Freeman-Zachery and a panel of respected and talented artists: Albie Smith, Kerin Gale, Leighanna Light, Thomas Mann, Thomas Ashman, Keith LoBue, Michael DeMeng
- Friday Day: Art is...Pink – a day when all faculty and attendees will wear pink in honor of those battling cancer. A raffle and treats will be part of this special day with all proceeds going to local Cancer groups.
- Friday Evening: Meet the artists – the Halloween and Vine artists will join the Art is..Petaluma artists for a night of story swapping and art
- Saturday – Lunch and Run to Halloween and Vine Show: Grab a wrap and jump on the shuttle to go to the wonderful Halloween and Vine show occurring in the town of Petaluma
- Saturday Night – ART TRUNK –a mixed media feast of color, texture, and original art. 40 artists and suppliers in one place!
- Sunday Night – Dinner with the talented artist Teresa McFayden

In 2011, Art Is...You will celebrate its 5th anniversary under the theme of ART IS....a WHO's Who. With all our usual bells and whistles plus an ALL DAY ART TRUNK on Sunday 9th October 2011 featuring 40 artists and suppliers.

- Saturday: Journaling HeART Starter with Loretta Marvel before you take on your daily workshop.
- Sunday: HUGE Day filled with our largest Art Trunk ever ending if the inaugural Race of the Flamingo’s. – all proceeds from this event will be donated to Sarah’s House - a welcoming, friendly, comfortable and cosy home away from home built on the grounds of the current Cancer Treatment Center in Brewer, Maine.
- Monday: Journaling HeART Starter with Loretta once again
