711 - My New Fave Store

...your feet need to take you to Jackie and Ida's...711!

I first met Jacqueline Flansburg-Diehl when I visited Bournebrook Antiques last summer with Jennifer Lanne, my sister Roseanna and Stephanie Lloyd...she sold me the tres cool trio of old ice cream parlor stools that stand at my counter and I often think of her when we use them.

Jackie has recently expanded her business and opened her very own store "711" located at 711 Warren Street in Hudson...just down the street form the "HUDSON super MARKET" where we'll be hosting our next Earth Angels event on 6/12...Here's the crew stopped in to see it...


It's laden with treats and treasures galore that nod to Jackie's own style and savvy as a dealer and purveyor of the old, the odd and the lovely... Here are some of my fave images of our visit to her new space last week...









When you get to Hudson, be sure to leave time to make your way to this store...and say hi to Jackie and Ida for me! Tell them I will be there again soon to fetch the pair of old bowling alley locker shelves I put on layaway for the soon to be game room we are tucking in a part of the attic (see them and their numbered wire baskets in an image above)...thanks Jackie!
